Hampton Inn Raleigh/Garner

Loved the location, even if it was a bit tricky to find at night. The staff were super friendly, and we got fresh coffee upon our late arrival! Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was pretty good too!

Clean facilities

Requested a quiet room away from elevator. Our room was allocated right next to an elevator. As Booked.net made the booking the hotel couldn't change the room according to the manager

Absolute worst experience of my life. Wasn't allowed to even check in. Was told Booked.net went in his computer and put my reservation in there.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Have never been spoke to the way I was that day.

Minor details like dirty corners in the bathroom could easily be improved!!! The shower head presented a frustrating challenge every time!!! A better solution for the shower would go a long way in guest satisfaction!!!

Clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was marvellous and perfect and so close to the amphitheater, convenience stores and a Target...

Loved the clean room and the spacious feel! The breakfast had a solid selection, especially enjoyed the smoothie bar. Encountered some issues with the shower head. It wouldn't detach from the wall. I had a minor hiccup at check-in where I needed a ground-level room. Initially, I was placed on the second floor, but thankfully, the staff quickly relocated me to a more suitable room that met my needs. Staff interaction was generally pleasant, with a few excellent individuals who went out of their way to assist. The environment felt cute, and the location made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Parking was sufficient and easy to navigate. Would recommend this place but encourage travelers to confirm room arrangements ahead to avoid any complications.

Everything was great! Loved the super clean room and the yummy breakfast, especially the waffles 👏 Just had a bit of trouble with the shower head. A fantastic experience!

The stay highlighted a beautifully refurbished room with a huge TV and comfortable furniture. Friendly staff greeted us with fresh coffee in the evening, a nice touch. Breakfast included complimentary bread. Even the clean and well-lit stairwells enhanced the safety feel.

The Hampton Inn Raleigh/Garner was a great choice for our short getaway. Our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean and the beds were comfy! The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the staff, especially Mary at check-in, were warm and cute. The whole place felt safe and pleasant.

The shower head was a bit tricky to use.

The staff were friendly and cute I noticed they cared about making my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was well stocked and my daughter loved the waffles they had.

It wasn't the cheapest option but for what we got it was okay.
